Oyindamola Dosunmu is the author of the debut novel, Your Tomorrow Was Today. She grew up in Nigeria and moved to Connecticut, where she received her MBA from the University of Bridgeport.
Her book, Your Tomorrow Was Today, was a Gold Medalist in Multicultural Fiction at the 2026 IPPY Awards, won the Women’s Fiction – Feminist Fiction category at the International Impact Book Awards, and was named a Finalist in both the Black Lawrence Press Immigrant Writing Series and General Fiction at the 2026 International Book Awards. The novel also earned a nomination for Best Fiction at the 2026 Astra Book Awards.
She lives in North Carolina with her husband and their delightfully lazy cat, Bob Chunky Tamales. When she’s not writing, she enjoys watching anime, taking road trips, and exploring stories that transcend borders.
