Physical Books

All book sales are final. Because each book is printed or fulfilled on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. A replacement copy will be sent at no additional cost.

Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, downloads)

Digital purchases are non‑refundable.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout, we are unable to replace or refund the order. Please double‑check your details before submitting.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
